What to do:
Email us at hello@headshots.com as soon as possible.

Be sure to include:
- The email address associated with your account
- A quick note letting us know you want to replace your uploaded photo

What happens next:
If your photo hasn’t entered editing yet, we can usually swap it right away.

If your photo is already being edited, you’ll need to wait until your headshot is delivered. Once delivered, you can decline it during the review process, and our team will process a re-do request for you. Once processed, you’ll receive a new link to upload your updated photo.

Tip: The sooner you reach out, the better chance we have to make the change without delay!
