After uploading your photo, you’ll see a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email letting you know we’ve received it. If you don’t see that email, double-check your spam or junk folder just in case.

You can also log back into your personal dashboard to check your submission status. If we’ve received your photo, your status will update to either:

• "In Review" – our QA team is checking the photo
• "In Progress" – your headshot is being edited

From there:

• If your photo meets our quality standards, it will be assigned to an editor and delivered to you within 3 business days.
• If your photo doesn’t meet guidelines, you’ll receive a resubmit request email with specific feedback and instructions to try again.
